Aero Blade Induction Radial Diffuser (SDAB)
The Aero Blade induction radial diffuser, a recent addition to Shapeair’s product line, delivers enhanced aesthetics and exceptional thermal comfort.
Description
The SDAB Aero Blade Induction Diffuser is designed to promote maximum induction across the radial diffusion array. The Aero Blades provide a fine architectural aesthetic suitable for the most demanding commercial building projects. The Aero Blade radial discharge pattern is designed to ensure high levels of entrainment across a wide airflow range. Temperature and velocity differences between supply air and room air are quickly reduced within the conditioned space, making the diffuser ideal for VAV and low-temperature applications. Effective distribution is still maintained with a turndown to 20% Vmax. The SDAB Aero Blade Induction Diffuser is engineered to optimize induction through the Aero Blade radial diffusion array. The Aero Blades offer a sophisticated architectural aesthetic that meets the requirements of the most challenging commercial building projects. The radial discharge pattern of the Aero Blades aredesigned to ensure high levels of entrainment across a wide airflow range, ensuring high levels of air mixing across a broad airflow spectrum. Differences in temperature and velocity between the supply air and room air are rapidly minimised within the conditioned space, making the diffuser perfectly suited for Variable Air Volume (VAV) and low-temperature applications. Even with a reduction to 20% of the maximum velocity (Vmax), the diffuser maintains effective distribution.
Construction
The diffusers shall be one-piece stamped construction and finished in a high-quality powder coat. Model SDAB diffusers shall be of the face size nominated and shall be fitted with plenums and damper where nominated as manufactured by Shapeair.
